Building the Future: Meet Our Software Intern

We are excited to welcome Eric Colon to SynchroGrid as our new Software Intern! Eric brings a strong curiosity for technology, a passion for problem-solving, and an enthusiasm for innovation that make him a great addition to the team.

Eric is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at Texas A&M University. His interest in the field began with a fascination for circuits and electricity, and how they power a wide range of modern technologies. He views power as the foundation for future innovation, which naturally led him toward both electrical engineering and the broader energy industry.

Eric first connected with SynchroGrid after attending a presentation by SynchroGrid’s Senior Software Engineer, Abram Krislock, where he became intrigued by the company’s work and its unique position within a niche and rapidly evolving sector. The opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world applications of software in the power industry made SynchroGrid an exciting place to begin his professional journey.

With a strong interest in puzzles and problem-solving, Eric thrives in collaborative environments where he can work with others and continue developing his skills. During his time at SynchroGrid, he looks forward to contributing to the continued development of SARA and gaining hands-on experience that will help shape his future career.

Originally born in New York and raised in Sugar Land, Texas, Eric brings both technical curiosity and a well-rounded perspective to the team. Outside of work and school, he enjoys playing disc golf, competing in Rocket League, and exploring 3D design and printing.

Eric is eager to grow within the company and hopes to make a lasting, positive impact through his work. We are excited to have him on the team and look forward to seeing all he will accomplish. Please join us in welcoming Eric to SynchroGrid!
