The Heart of the Office: Meet Our Office Administrator

We are excited to welcome Brie to SynchroGrid as our new Office Administrator! Brie brings an upbeat personality, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace, making her a wonderful addition to the SynchroGrid team.

After growing up in Southwest Arkansas, Brie made the move to College Station to attend Texas A&M University, where she is pursuing an engineering degree and exploring which discipline best aligns with her interests. Her curiosity and eagerness to learn have already made a positive impact as she continues to expand her understanding of both engineering and the power industry.

Prior to joining SynchroGrid, Brie worked as an Office Administrator for the Texas A&M Engineering Technology and Industrial Distribution Department, where she gained valuable experience supporting teams, managing day to day operations, and serving as a reliable point of contact. These experiences helped shape her people first approach and reinforced her passion for teamwork, collaboration, and building environments where everyone feels included and supported.

Brie was drawn to SynchroGrid for its strong values and welcoming culture, and she quickly built meaningful connections across the team, especially within the administrative group. In her role, she strives to be a trusted go to resource for her coworkers, supporting the team with confidence, positivity, and a willingness to help wherever needed. She is also excited to continue learning about the power industry and gaining hands on experience that will help guide her future within engineering.

Outside of work, Brie enjoys spending time outdoors, whether fishing or relaxing with friends and family. She also looks forward to planning team socials and activities throughout the year, helping foster connections and make the office a place people truly enjoy being.

Please join us in welcoming Brie to the SynchroGrid family. We’re so glad to have her on the team!
