SynchroGrid Hires Senior Relay Setting Engineer

..

SynchroGrid is excited to announce that Noah Warila has joined our College Station office as a Senior Relay Setting Engineer. His extensive experience in short circuit, coordination, arc flash studies, relay settings, and protection & control design has proven to be a great asset to our team over the last three months.

Noah found a love for electronics when he was in elementary. “When I was seven, my father started buying electronics kits for me to assemble. This is how I got into soldering electronics at a young age! Those activities marked my initial entry into the electrical engineering realm.” Once college came around, Noah went to George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Noah was drawn to SynchroGrid because of the small company culture as well as the opportunity to be involved in a greater variety of work related to system protection. He looks forward to growing his experience in relay settings and NERC compliance. Ultimately, he wants to be a better expert in these subjects for others to turn to.

Outside of his passion for engineering, Noah enjoys spending time with his son, who he says keeps him busy. In his free time, Noah enjoys listening to and playing music, reading books, doing cross-stitch embroidery, and singing in the choir at church.
