SARA 3.5.0 is here!

Our latest release delivers major enhancements to Transmission Line (T-Line) and WAC modules, improving both analytical depth and user experience.

New Features

T-Line Enhancements

  • Added support for remote line of remote equipment faults as contingencies and fault placement locations.
  • New dictionary variables in the Equations tab: Remote Line Count and SIR with N-1 Contingency.
  • Testing Points now support N-1 Contingency and Faulted Phase per Connection Type.

Review Module

  • Now supports multiple same setting names for compatibility with setting templates with non-uniquely named setting cards.

WAC Improvements

  • Introduced proposed mho feature for Constraint studies.
  • Individual Reports redesigned — now display results per terminal instead of per individual relay.
  • Added direction test options in Constraint studies; reverse restricted to Zones 3–4.
  • Skip Condition option allows selective exclusion of specific studies.
  • Equations Study supports a wider range of setting types.

 Usability & Interface Updates

  • CTI reports now combine multiple contingencies into a single table row.
  • Improved load encroachment visuals on MHO graphs.
