SynchroGrid is thrilled to announce Tricia Landers as our new Human Resources Manager! With her empathetic and intuitive personality, she is sure to excel in her role. Tricia loves helping professionals recognize their strengths and providing them with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.

Originally from Spring, TX, Tricia relocated to Bryan/College Station for college and has made it her home ever since. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business from Texas A&M University, driven by her belief that people are the most valuable and important assets of any organization.

Tricia is passionate about building relationships with employees and having the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives by helping them in all stages of their careers. Over the course of her HR career, she has made a sustainable impact in developing and aligning people and culture to support organizational success.

Outside of work, Tricia loves making memories with her husband, two daughters, and son. She enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, gardening, decorating, and shopping. Additionally, she and her best friend own a unique mobile boutique housed in a 1947 Spartan trailer!
