Development of IT Department

SynchroGrid is thrilled to welcome Alain Perez as our new Information Technology Administrator! With years of valuable contract work with SynchroGrid under his belt, we’re excited to have Alain officially join our team to meet the increasing demand for dedicated IT services.

Originally from Ecuador, Alain now resides in College Station, TX. He attended Texas Tech University where he earned a degree in MIS. Inspired by a college professor, he has developed a passion for assisting individuals with their IT needs and thrives on overcoming challenges in the IT field.

Alain brings extensive experience in leading IT help-desk operations, implementing innovative solutions like cloud printing and VLANs, and providing technical support for optimal network performance, serving 500 computers and 100 printers. Additionally, he has contributed to policy development, conducted training sessions, and seamlessly integrated cloud services, showcasing proficiency in troubleshooting and system audits.

His strengths lie in his ability to possess the necessary skills and knowledge to help users and SynchroGrid to perform at its best. In his new role, Alain aims to develop and strengthen the IT department’s capabilities, benefiting both users and the company as a whole. He looks forward to implementing improvements such as upgrading audio and visual systems in conference rooms and enhancing equipment reliability for users.

Outside of work, Alain enjoys reading entrepreneur and self-development books and maintains his fitness through regular workouts. He believes that staying active not only boosts self-esteem but also enhances self-image. Currently, his favorite cardio activity is playing pickleball.
