A Major Milestone: Josh Becomes a Licensed PE

We are proud to announce that Josh Duewall has officially earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.

Achieving a PE license represents the culmination of years of education, hands-on experience, and dedication to mastering the complexities of the power industry. For Josh, this milestone reflects both his technical growth and an increased level of responsibility and leadership in his work.

Originally from Bryan, Texas, Josh has been fascinated with electricity since a young age. That early curiosity led him to pursue electrical engineering and ultimately a career in the power industry, a field he values for both its technical challenges and its essential role in keeping communities powered.

While he enjoys the variety of projects that come with protection and control engineering, he is especially proud of the responsibility that comes with stamping P&C designs for substations as a licensed PE. Known for his efficiency and his commitment to continuously improving processes, Josh thrives on solving diverse challenges and bringing practical, thoughtful solutions to each project.

When asked what advice he would give engineers working toward their PE, Josh emphasizes the importance of learning from experienced professionals and gaining a holistic understanding of the industry.
