SynchroGrid Establishes Recruiting Department

SynchroGrid is thrilled to announce Lea Kirstein as our new Recruitment Specialist! We are excited to add Lea to the team to run our recruiting department. Her meticulous attention to detail, extensive expertise in recruiting, and professional background will be a great asset to our team.

Originally from West Chicago, Illinois, Lea moved to Alabama for her studies, earning her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is passionate about helping people and overall growth. She elaborates, “It’s a good feeling knowing that I can be a part of my company’s growth while providing great opportunities to great candidates!”

What drew Lea to SynchroGrid was the company’s growth potential and stability offered by the engineering consulting industry. She was also impressed by SynchroGrid’s innovative approach to problem-solving and our commitment to fostering a collaborative culture. Lea says, “I really appreciate how the employees have been very welcoming and love that it’s a team environment!”

Lea looks forward to establishing the recruiting department from the ground up by implementing a new cutting-edge recruiting system. Her extensive recruiting knowledge and background, in both the corporate and staffing industry side of recruitment, equips her to excel in this role. She aims to enhance SynchroGrid’s presence at multiple career fairs as part of her strategic goals.

Outside of her recruiting role, Lea enjoys watching basketball games and playing with her dogs. She also loves creating memories and sharing experiences with friends and family.
