Strategy Behind Every Submittal: Meet Christi

We are excited to welcome Christi Keller to SynchroGrid as our new Proposal and Marketing Coordinator! Christi brings a collaborative mindset, a strategic approach to pursuing new work, and a genuine enthusiasm for creative teamwork, making her a great addition to the SynchroGrid team.

Christi grew up in New Braunfels and went on to attend Texas State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. That broad academic foundation shaped the way she approaches her work today, combining creative thinking with the organization and follow-through that proposal work requires.

In her field, Christi is most passionate about working alongside creative people and collaborating to build the strongest strategy for reaching a shared goal. She enjoys digging into evaluation scores from past submittals to understand what worked, what did not, and how each response can be sharpened for the next opportunity. That analytical, continuous-improvement approach is exactly what strengthens a proposal program over time.

Christi was drawn to SynchroGrid because it was clear the company genuinely cares about its people. She valued the flexible scheduling that helps employees stay present in their families’ lives, and she was encouraged by a culture that keeps team members connected whether they work in the office or remotely. That people-first approach is one of our core values, and Christi’s own outlook reflects it well.

In her role, Christi looks forward to sharing ideas for improving our SOQ responses and building a strategic plan for identifying new bid opportunities that align with our services. She is also focused on her own growth and hopes to pursue training opportunities as she settles into the role and continues advancing her skills.

Outside of work, Christi stays busy cheering on her kids in their activities. She also enjoys baking, riding bikes, traveling, and trying new food spots.
