Our First Intern of the Summer

Her interest in the power industry stems from its direct impact on everyday life and its growing importance in enabling reliable and sustainable energy systems. She is especially drawn to opportunities that combine technical analysis with real-world applications, where engineering decisions directly support the infrastructure that communities and industries rely on every day.
Meghana’s academic journey in electrical engineering was driven by her passion for mathematics, physics, and problem-solving. Over time, she developed a strong interest in power systems and electrical devices, where analytical thinking meets practical innovation to improve efficiency, reliability, and modern electrical infrastructure.
She was particularly drawn to SynchroGrid for the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in power systems while learning from experienced engineers in the field. Our work in grid modernization, protection and power system studies aligns closely with her academic interests and long-term career goals in power system reliability and energy infrastructure.
With strengths in analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn, Meghana thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. During her internship, she looks forward to applying classroom knowledge to real engineering projects, gaining exposure to industry tools and workflows, and continuing to grow both technically and professionally.
Originally from India, Meghana brings a global perspective and a strong enthusiasm for learning. Outside of academics, she enjoys reading novels, listening to music, exploring new places and cuisines, spending time with friends and family, and staying engaged with emerging technologies and developments in engineering.
We are excited to have Meghana join the SynchroGrid team this summer and look forward to the contributions she will make during her internship.
