Our Newest Relay Setting Engineer

Nathaniel Headshot

We are excited to introduce Nathaniel Jarrett as the newest member of our relay setting team, joining us as a Relay Setting Engineer I. Nathaniel brings exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong eagerness to learn, making him a fantastic addition to our growing team.

Originally from Temple, TX, Nathaniel’s journey led him to College Station, where he graduated with a degree in electrical engineering at Texas A&M University. His passion for the power industry grew during his university studies, as he discovered the unique challenges and importance of maintaining security and reliability on a large scale. Inspired by his father and ancestors, Nathaniel chose to follow in their footsteps and pursue a career in electrical engineering.

Before joining SynchroGrid, Nathaniel served in the Marine Corps, where he worked on communication equipment. This experience sparked his curiosity about technology and motivated him to dive deeper into the field of electrical engineering. Today, his interests lie in power systems and antennas, which he is eager to explore further.

Nathaniel was drawn to SynchroGrid for its dedication to delivering high-quality work and its supportive, close-knit team environment. His goal is to become proficient in his role and contribute to the company’s commitment to excellence. Additionally, he looks forward to taking the FE exam and working towards becoming a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Outside of work, Nathaniel enjoys spending quality time with his wife. Together, they share a love for the outdoors and enjoy activities like archery and camping.

Please join us in giving Nathaniel a warm welcome to the SynchroGrid family!
